The room was spacious and comfortable, great for my family. The staff were attentive and accommodating, always willing to help. Breakfast service was friendly, which made the morning feel more personalized. I also appreciated having some common areas that were well-maintained and inviting.

However, there were noticeable cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience.

We were impressed with the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Heather at the front desk, who went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for our family. The breakfast variety was decent, and my kids loved the waffle maker!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could use more options for kids.

our stay at best western plus was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. we loved the spacious king room with a sofabed, and enjoyed the convenience of having a sink outside the bathroom. access to the fitness center and pool added to our fun!

It was just a decent option for a short stay in Bourbonnais with fantastic value for money. The breakfast buffet had a great variety with pancakes, sausage, and yogurt. Make sure to plan your meals accordingly since dining options are limited nearby.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved visiting the local zoo and amusement park nearby. The king suite was spacious, and having a kitchen was perfect for our snacks. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use more variety.

We were disappointed when we discovered the pool was closed. It wasn’t mentioned when we booked, and that was a bummer for us. Also, the HVAC in our room wasn’t working properly. it made for a hot night.

The staff were friendly and quick to help when we had issues with our fridge, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Family Friendly and Hardworking Staff

The front desk lady LaTanya was amazing really knew how to keep things running smooth while being super nice. Also met Maria, a friendly housekeeper who always had a smile. These ladies were just amazing, handling everything like pros and adding a personal touch to our stay
